This is a selection of tracks from the Suboribital Records release of the same name, with an exclusive track, "Ligeti Voyage" not available on the Suborbital release.

The tracks here came about after experimentation with wide (5 to 10 second) windows in Paulstretch to "erase" the boundaries between musical gestures.

This process turns piano pieces into rolling clouds of harmonies, and vocal performances into massed choirs over indeterminate backgrounds - sometimes like organs, sometimes shimmering stringlike indefinable textures.

The process erases not only the boundaries between phrases, but metric pulses and even the boundaries of individual notes, resulting in a smooth musical surface, sometimes consonant, sometimes dissonant, but always in flux.

I recommend putting these tracks on, closing your eyes, and allowing the music to flow over you like the tide slowly moving in and out over the course of time.
